Critters Creations' gift cards or vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. They are also not redeemable for cash and only available for use at www.critterscreations.com.au.If you have any questions or concerns regarding a gift card or voucher which you purchased or received, please do not hesitate to Contact Us.

At Critters Creations we pride ourselves on ensuring that we do our best to help you choose the product which is right for you, your baby and your lifestyle. While all our products are carefully examined prior to dispatching, we are only human and sometimes a faulty product may be missed. If you feel that this has occurred, please contact us to arrange a return as soon as you notice the issue.

While we don’t normally offer refunds if you change of mind on purchases, you are welcome to contact our friendly staff, and we’ll take it into consideration a see if we can provide you with other options. Please keep in mind that if we are able to take the product back, then it will need to be in its original, unwashed and unused condition with complete original packaging. 

Before returning any items, please contact us as postage will not be refunded.

Critters Creations uses PayPal for processing online payments. Using this service ensures that your information (including credit card details) are protected. You do not need to have a PayPal account to utilise this service; simply use your credit card to securely complete your order.

Critters Creations accepts direct deposit, to obtain these details please email us at enquiries@critterscreations.com.au to arrange this payment. Please be aware that Critters Creations will not process any orders until full payment has been received.
