Critters Creations' gift cards or vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. They are also not redeemable for cash and only available for use at www.critterscreations.com.au.If you have any questions or concerns regarding a gift card or voucher which you purchased or received, please do not hesitate to Contact Us.
We sure do! Once you are in the checkout screen, you will have the option of selecting gift wrapping and whether you would like a gift card. Our gift wrapping is gender neutral and environmentally friendly. If you have any questions regarding gift wrapping or gift cards, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Critters Creations uses Australia Post and Fastway to ship products to you. Your products are dispatched within 1-5 business days after full payment has been received for your order. If we are unable to process your order, Critters Creations will contact you to make alternate arrangements.

The delivery times may vary due to your location and the carrier; however, all deliveries from Critters Creations are trackable, and an email will be sent once despatch as occurred.

A flat-rate shipping fee of $11.95 applies to all orders within Australia; with free shipping on orders from $150.00 or more within Australia. Express Post is available at a flat rate of $17.00 within Australia.
